Wiggles and Giggles began in the early 1990s by two friends who were looking for a fun business opportunity. They loved buying clothing from the Dallas Apparel Market, and saw an opportunity to make those great deals available to the public.
From the first sample sales held in their garages, Wiggles and Giggles has grown to fill a 3,000 foot converted barn where the BEST Boutique Children's Clothing is available to the public at wholesale prices year round!
